We Are Hattrick

We Are Hattrick is a Business-to-Business (B2B) Communications Agency, specialising in helping businesses improve through research, advertising campaign strategies and social media, to name but three. In my world, We Are Hattrick make you and your business stand out from your competition - especially in the technical sectors of industry. They also train businesses in Net Zero, and how to get to near (or completely) zero carbon emissions. We Are Hattrick pride themselves on being B Corp recognised.

Creative Director Mia Horton contacted me as a Headshot Photographer Manchester to spend a day with the team, capturing some natural and happy images for their website and social media. I say happy - the team are always happy at W.A.H HQ!

We started the day with a few headshots of the team. Ditching the usual white or plain backgrounds, the team were photographed in the middle of the studio, using the funky designed walls to the private meeting rooms as a suitable backdrop. Suits me - as a Headshot Photographer Manchester I love photographing headshots ‘in situ’, using the natural environment for my subjects. More environmental portraits, we all agreed that this collection summed the team up in a friendly and professional manner.

B Corp Companies In Manchester

We Are Hattrick are a Certified B Corp company. A B Corp company is part of an international network of organisations. All working to lead economic systems change across 150 industries in more than 80 countries. Headed by Swede Malin Cunningham, We Are Hattrick is a very Scandi-styled business, hence the look to the headshots. being a B Corp company too, the agency offer Net Zero training for businesses and individuals. Climate matters and sustainability is a very important aspect to We Are Hattrick’s message.

Headshot Photographer Manchester

This project was part of my services as a Headshot Photographer Manchester. from the morning session, we set up an impromptu ‘grey screen’ scenario, with all the team members having fun with props they’d brought in. Rachel brought her tap shoes in. Steph, her ski mask. Mia, her Pantone swatches. All the team moved around posing in funky moves while I captured a photo of each. As a Headshot Photographer Manchester, this was a great, relaxed way to spend a day! The final images were used for short videos for social media with space allowed for graphics. I have enclosed a random selection for each team member so you can get the feel for what we did.

Here’s a few images from the photoshoot as my being a Headshot Photographer Manchester for We Are Hattrick’s website.

On the agency’s website are these small headshots. Taken very quickly, each team member played around with their own props, be they from work or hobbies. Rachel brought in her tap shoes, Steph her ski mask, while Victoria hammed things up as a bad baker! Each set of photos is used as little animations for the agency’s social media. A clever little idea, done very quickly using the plain background to cut the people out to both change backgrounds and add graphics.
